In this role, you’ll lead the strategy, growth, and commercialization of laboratory equipment services that support the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries. Acting as a strategic business owner, you’ll identify market opportunities, shape service offerings, and partner cross-functionally to drive revenue growth, customer experience, and market expansion.

What You'll Take Ownership Of
Act as the business owner and subject matter expert for Lab Equipment Services
Define and execute service strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives
Monitor voice-of-customer, voice-of-market, and competitive trends
Develop pricing and monetization strategies to support revenue and margin targets
Lead go-to-market initiatives and commercialization efforts
Support channel readiness and operational alignment
Drive thought leadership and demand generation programs
Your Day-to-Day Environment
Partner cross-functionally with teams from Sales, Marketing & Operations
Work closely with customers, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders to identify market needs and growth opportunities
Lead initiatives that influence both day-to-day business performance and long-term growth strategy

Competitive compensation package aligned to experience, qualifications and market data. Target base salary range for this position is $103,000 – $135,000 annually.

What You'll Bring
5+ years of product management and/or marketing experience, preferably within services-based environments
Experience within laboratory services, life sciences, diagnostics, analytical chemistry, or regulated industries preferred
Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and regulatory compliance environments
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution
Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting commercialization initiatives
Track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
