About Altitude

Stablecoins crossed $300 billion in circulation. Real businesses now use them for cross-border settlements, contractor payments, treasury operations.

The fintech playbook assumed rails were fixed - you couldn't change ACH or SWIFT, only build better interfaces on top. Stablecoins change the rails themselves, creating an opening for a new generation of financial products.

Altitude is what we're building to capture it. Business accounts on stablecoin rails: global accounts, cross-border payments, cards, invoicing, yield. Over 500 businesses use it today. Built by Squads (Squads Multisig secures $15B+ on Solana). Backed by Haun, Multicoin, Solana, Coinbase, Electric Capital, Placeholder and others.

The Role

You'll own how Altitude is positioned, messaged, and sold, across every audience and every stage.

We're looking for someone who can turn product into positioning, features into customer value, and demos into closed deals. You'll define how we show up: on the website, in the sales deck, in onboarding, at the conference booth. You'll partner across content, sales, and engineering to make sure the story is consistent and compelling from first touch to expansion.

Stablecoin-native fintech doesn't have an established category yet. There's no dominant narrative, no playbook to copy. You'll help create it.

What You'll Own

Positioning & Messaging

  • Define product positioning: what Altitude is, who it's for, why it wins

Own positioning for every feature: why it exists, who it's for, how to talk about it

Translate features into business value (not technical specs)

Own the messaging framework that keeps everything consistent

Product Launches & GTM

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Content/Social to turn releases into adoption

Own launch messaging and assets; coordinate with GTM Lead on amplification

Drive the narrative for both self-serve users and sales-assisted prospects

Customer Journey

  • Partner with GTM Engineer on lifecycle comms that drive activation

Ensure the story is consistent from landing page to onboarding to retention

Own product copy and in-app messaging

Sales Enablement

  • Build collateral that closes deals: decks, one-pagers, case studies, battlecards, partner content

Own competitive intelligence: know the landscape cold, keep the team armed

Be the person sales calls when they need the right words for a tricky deal

You Might Be Right For This If

    • You're skilled at making complex products simple: positioning that captures customer value, not feature specs

You can write a landing page, a sales one-pager, and a lifecycle email sequence in the same afternoon

You know how to enable social teams, BD teams, and sales teams to crush it in their functions

You're more interested in clarity than cleverness, and you know how to take that clarity and turn it into really compelling stories

You use AI tools to move faster, not as a crutch

You're an exceptional writer. This comes through in everything you touch.

You're hyper-organized: launches have a hundred moving pieces, you don't drop any

You're autonomous and low-ego. You ship without needing aircover.

You can balance supporting both PLG and sales-led motions. You understand the nuance.

You operate with speed and urgency without sacrificing taste or quality

      Requirements

      • 5+ years in product marketing; fintech, crypto, or B2B SaaS preferred

Launches you can point to that moved the needle

        Exceptional writing. This is non-negotiable.

Experience supporting PLG and sales-assisted motions: you know they're different

        AI-native

Autonomous and low-ego. You ship without needing aircover.

        Why This Might Be Interesting

Most PMM roles are about incremental improvements to an existing narrative. This one isn't. You'd be defining positioning for a category that's still taking shape: stablecoin-native fintech doesn't have a dominant story yet, and there's no playbook to copy.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, own the customer-facing narrative end-to-end, and build the sales toolkit from scratch. The product is genuinely novel and global from day one: the same product works in Singapore and Germany without rebuilding anything. If you want a career-defining PMM role, this is the stage to do it.
