Product Owner / Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner or Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Digital Predictive product, an internal platform designed to provide real-time operational visibility across our laboratory network, helping teams prioritize workload, monitor TAT (Turnaround Time), and reduce sample loss.

What you will be doing:

- Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team

- Defining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog

- Writing clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

- Gathering requirements from operational and laboratory teams

- Ensuring the product evolves in line with business needs and user feedback

- Communicating progress and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital and/or data products

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear product requirements

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams

- Familiarity with dashboard or data visualization products is a plus

- Background in the laboratory or industrial sector is a plus, but not required

- Fluent in both Portuguese and English
