Product Photo Editor - Jewelry (Consistent, High-Volume Workflow)

We are a U.S.-based precious metals and fine jewelry resale company seeking a reliable photo editor to support a consistent, high-volume workflow.

This role is focused on clean, accurate, repeatable product editing for rings, chains, pendants, and small luxury items. The goal is to create a uniform, professional catalog look with minimal back-and-forth.

We already have a standardized photography setup. We need someone who can take raw images and execute consistently at speed.

Responsibilities

- Edit product photos for e-commerce use (eBay and web)

- Perform color correction to ensure accurate gold tone and gemstone color

- Remove dust, scratches, and minor imperfections

- Clean and refine backgrounds (white or neutral)

- Maintain consistent exposure, contrast, and white balance across batches

- Crop and align images uniformly

- Deliver final images ready for listing

Ideal Candidate

- Experience editing product photography or jewelry (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail - especially with reflective metals and stones

- Able to match an existing style and stay consistent across 50+ images at a time

- Fast turnaround with minimal supervision

- Clear communicator

Technical Requirements

- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and/or Lightroom

- Ability to batch process efficiently without sacrificing quality

- Comfortable working from a reference style guide

- Initial batch: 50–100 images

- Potential for long-term weekly volume

Compensation

Hourly: $20 - $30/hr, depending on experience
