Production and Digital Talent (Podcast Focus)

We’re expanding and looking for experienced, creative, and highly organized professionals to join our growing team across multiple roles:

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience working in podcast production (development, recording, post, or distribution)

Strong understanding of storytelling, talent booking, and production workflows

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Deep familiarity with digital platforms and audience engagement

Knowledge of reality TV and unscripted formats is a strong plus

Bonus if you:

Have worked with on-camera talent or high-profile personalities

Can think both creatively and logistically

Are tapped into culture, trends, and what makes content resonate, passion for reality tv and gossip a plus
