We're looking to hire a full-time production assistant to help manage our digital content production, newsletter operations, and social media presence. This remote position offers an opportunity to work with a fast-paced team while helping to shape cybersecurity conversations.

Core responsibilities
• Manage and distribute our newsletters
• Handle daily content production and scheduling
• Create engaging social media content and memes using Canva
• Process and upload transcripts to WordPress
• Produce Cyber Security Headlines Week in Review event materials including thumbnail creation
• Track analytics for Super Cyber Friday events
• Coordinate with sponsors on content publication
• Maintain organizational systems in Notion
• Assist with AMA (Ask Me Anything) event production
• Support live production during Super Cyber Friday events
• Manage podcast guest scheduling and booking

Required skills
