Compensation
The compensation target for this role is: $97,800 - $115,000
Job Summary
The Production Designer’s primary role is to support the design team in completing projects. Workflow is set by a constant stream of firm deadlines, and the Production Designer will be expected to pick up on projects ready for proliferation and finish in a timely manner while maintaining the design integrity and consistency. In addition, this role will also be responsible for light animation, motion graphics, and in-house video editing.

The Production Design position is essential and requires active participation in the creative process and a voice in the conversion regarding direction and design concepts. Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Creative Team with production work 
Work independently and in partnership with Creative Team to develop design solutions and concepts for the brand and assigned projects 
Animate static assets
Light motion graphics such as titling, lower thirds, info graphics
Video editing
Complete supplemental assets for specific assignments 
Attend to and take notes for design meetings and creative development workshops 
Learn new design skills and grow your abilities within the company 
Upload and manage content on the website
Create original art and designs 
File management: prepare digital and print files in accordance with specs  

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BFA in graphic design 
Previous experience in professional design setting (internship or freelance) 
Proficient with Adobe CC and video editing software
Detail oriented
Excellent Typography
Takes direction well and is a team player 
Strong verbal and written communication skills 
Able to manage multiple projects at one time 
Excellent organizational skills 
The ability to maintain stylistic choices that are within our brand 
We require all staff be self-motivated, task driven, eager to learn and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical Activities may occasionally include:  
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods. 
Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions. 
Physical Activities may constantly include: 
Communicating with others to exchange information. 
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. 
Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
