We’re hiring Production Operators to join our team in South Deerfield. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn real-world electronics manufacturing while working alongside our elite engineering team designing robotic factories.

    2nd Shift: Mon thru Friday, after classes to 10PM+ (max 24hrs/week)

    5th Shift: Fri & Sat 4pm–1am, Sun 4–10pm (24 hrs/week)

    6th Shift: Sat & Sun 5am–5pm (24 hrs/week)

    7th Shift: Sat 5pm–5am, Sun 5–10pm (17 hrs/week)

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and program pick-and-place machines

    Solder and assemble circuit boards

    Perform solder joint inspection and quality checks

    Support packing, shipping, and inventory management

    Conduct basic machine maintenance

    As you gain experience, graduate to complex debug and problem-solving on cutting-edge robotics equipment

    Communicate with our elite R&D team to debug our various robots

    Work in an extremely clean and safe modern factory

Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a UMass engineering or related program, for example:

    Computer Engineering

    Electrical Engineering

    Mechanical Engineering

    Computer Science
