Rise Above Sports Group is expanding its Baseball Division and seeking motivated, connected, and passionate individuals looking to grow within the sports industry through athlete recruiting, showcases, international opportunities, and player development services.

At Rise Above Sports Group, we work to provide athletes with exposure opportunities, recruiting guidance, international pathways, showcases, tours, and professional representation opportunities across multiple levels of baseball.

As a Baseball Recruiting Consultant, you will help identify and recruit athletes for:
• Showcases & combines
• International tours
• Exposure opportunities
• Recruiting services
• Professional placement opportunities
• Player representation services

This is a flexible, entrepreneurial opportunity designed for individuals looking to build supplemental or full-time income within the sports industry while helping athletes advance their careers.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit and communicate with baseball athletes and families
• Build relationships with coaches, trainers, and organizations
• Assist with showcases, camps, and recruiting events
• Promote Rise Above Sports Group opportunities through networking and social media
• Assist athletes through onboarding and exposure processes
• Help grow the baseball division within your local market

Preferred Qualifications:
• Baseball playing, coaching, scouting, or recruiting background preferred
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated and organized
• Passion for helping athletes succeed
• Social media and recruiting experience is a plus
• Existing baseball network is highly valued

Compensation Structure:

Commission-based with multiple earning opportunities through:
• Athlete recruiting
• Showcase registrations
• Tours & exposure events
• Representation opportunities
• Player services
