Professional Rater II (Hybrid) - Psychiatry
Washington University in St. Louis is seeking to hire two compassionate, dedicated Professional Rater IIs to join their Child & Adolescent Psychiatry team. This role involves conducting clinical interviews and EEG assessments with research participants, supporting data collection related to preteen mental health and social media use.
Responsibilities
- Recruits, interviews, screens and schedules subjects for study per protocol
- Documents case history, charts and test scores using PC computer systems
- Performs in-person clinical interview sessions
- Performs EEG assessments with research participants between the ages of 10-12 and their caregivers
- Plans and implements study phases, day-to-day in-house and field operations and trouble shoots case processes
- Administers/scores tests, prepares/edits progress reports and attends meetings, providing case statistical analysis
- May participate in training of Professional Rater I
- Monitors and orders supplies necessary for study
- Prepares information packets for patients enrolled in study
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date
- Basic Life Support certification (Online BLS certifications, those without a skills assessment component, are not sufficient to meet the BLS requirements)
- Relevant Experience (1 Year)
