Program Coordinator - Utah

Morning Sun Financial Services provides Financial Management Services for participant-directed programs throughout the United States. Morning Sun was founded to provide persons with disabilities and older adults greater choice, flexibility, and control over how their services are delivered and their needs are met. Job Title: Program Coordinator

Location: Remote- Must live within the Utah as travel may be required

Schedule: Monday – Friday typical daytime, business hours.

Wage: $50,000 Annual Salary with Full Time Benefits and Paid Time Off

Essential Job Duties:

Act as the primary liaison between the participants and their employees in onboarding, program enrollment, and paperwork

Initial EVV training review to employers/participants with onboarding

Documenting communication through Customer Support tickets for compliance.

Provide ongoing support to participants and their employees concerning issues, supports, and corrections

Act as the subject matter expert of program rules and regulations from state agencies and internal policies for internal staff

Other job duties assigned by the Chain of Command

Required Qualifications:

Morning Sun Financial Services Program Coordinator must meet one of the following minimum qualifications:

Four (4) year degree in Human Services (psychology, sociology, social work, education, etc.); and at least one-year professional experience working with persons who have an intellectual disability; or A two (2) year degree in Human Services (psychology, sociology, social work, recreational therapy, education, nursing, PT, OT, speech, etc.): and at least three (3) years professional experience working with persons who have an intellectual disability

A four (4) year degree in any other subject and at least two (2) years professional experience working with persons who have an intellectual disability

Five (5) years of professional experience working with people who have an intellectual disability.

Ability to read, write and speak English.

Ability to sit for long periods of time.

Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check

Successful clearance of a Motor Vehicle Background Check

Preferred Qualifications:

Office experience is highly preferred.

Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to stay self-organization and multi-task.
