About the role
Armada is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Program Manager to lead strategic cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The Program Manager will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, driving accountability, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution of complex initiatives. While this role does not have direct reports, it requires strong leadership through influence and the ability to align cross-functional teams around common goals.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex organizational challenges, and has a proven track record of driving execution across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Contract to FTE potential, will start with 6 month contract.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Program Leadership & Execution
Own the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic cross-functional programs from initiation through completion
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and success metrics
Drive program governance, execution cadence, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams
Ensure initiatives remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business priorities
Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, proactively driving mitigation and resolution strategies
Cross-Functional Coordination
Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, and Leadership functions
Facilitate program reviews, status meetings, decision-making forums, and executive updates
Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure commitments and deliverables are completed on time
Align competing priorities and help teams navigate complex dependencies
Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable plans
Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and program health metrics
Monitor program performance and provide recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiency
Support organizational planning, prioritization, and execution of key business initiatives
Executive Communication & Reporting
Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and program updates
Provide visibility into program status, risks, resource constraints, and key decisions
Ensure leadership teams have accurate and timely information to support decision-making
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or related fields
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
Strong program planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to drive results through influence without direct authority
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience building executive-level reporting, dashboards, and status communications
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
Preferred Experience and Skills
Experience working in technology, AI, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments
Experience supporting enterprise partnerships, strategic initiatives, or operational programs
PMP, PgMP, Agile, or similar program management certifications
Experience working directly with executive leadership teams
Compensation
For U.S. Based candidates: To ensure fairness and transparency, the starting base salary range for this role for candidates in the U.S. are listed below, varying based on location experience, skills, and qualifications.
We use a geographic pay structure based on cost-of-labor markets.
Tier 1 (e.g., SF Bay Area, NYC, Seattle): $157,600 – $197,000
Tier 2 (most U.S. metro areas): $137,040 – $171,300
Tier 3 (other cities): $130,190 - $162,740
Final compensation will be determined by experience, scope, and level, and may vary from the posted range.
In addition to base salary, this role will also be offered equity and subsidized benefits (details available upon request).
