THE CHALLENGE AHEAD  

This role will tackle the challenge of defining and delivering success for clients operating within a self-serve programmatic environment to active KERV enhanced creative offerings, partnering closely with the VP of Client Success to shape and package the offering and establish scalable servicing standards. The position is responsible for driving client growth by evolving campaigns into always-on investments, while strengthening partnerships and unlocking long-term value through proactive optimization and collaboration.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Partner with the VP of Client Success to define, package, and evolve the self-serve programmatic offering and establish scalable servicing standards

Serve as the primary point of contact for programmatic clients, providing strategic guidance and troubleshooting support within a self-serve environment

Drive adoption and success of self-serve campaigns by educating clients on best practices, platform capabilities, and optimization strategies

Analyze campaign performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommend improvements that maximize client outcomes

Grow client accounts by identifying opportunities to expand spend, transition campaigns to always-on strategies, and deepen creative usage

Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and retention

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to improve the client experience and inform product enhancements

Develop scalable resources (playbooks, training materials, FAQs) to support client onboarding and ongoing success

Monitor industry trends and programmatic best practices to continuously refine client strategies and service models

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

4+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, client success, account management, or a related digital media role

Strong understanding of self-serve platforms, programmatic buying, and campaign optimization strategies

Hands-on experience working within DSPs and/or SSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360, Xandr, Magnite), with a solid grasp of platform capabilities and workflows

Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships, with a track record of driving retention and revenue expansion

Experience working with data and analytics to generate insights and inform strategic recommendations

Highly collaborative mindset with experience partnering cross-functionally across sales and operations teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and help define processes, offerings, and best practices from the ground up

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, client-friendly guidance

Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement and client outcomes

Salary Range
$110,000—$130,000 USD
