Project Accountant (part-time)
About the Company and the Project Accountant Opportunity:
CFS is partnering with a non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting communities by providing resources, programs, and assistance that improve quality of life and foster long-term stability.
Due to a project, they are looking to bring on a Project Accountant.
Schedule: part-time (1 week could be 20 hours a week and others could be 5-10 hours a week) - flexible - during regular business hours
Remote flexibility
Duration: ongoing
Pay: $37-40/hr - depending on experience
Overview of the Project Accountant role:
Construction draws - working with Project Managers and lenders for documentation, working with accounting team on invoices, and performing reconciliations
Ad hoc reporting and projects
Qualifications for the Project Accountant:
5+ years of real estate/construction draw experience
Accounting, Finance, or related degree is a plus
Proficient in Excel
Experience in Sage Intacct and is a plus
