Project Administrator
Royal Engineered Composites is seeking a Project Administrator to support Project Management and Project Scheduling. The role involves various administrative duties surrounding projects, including maintaining documentation and fostering collaboration among team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop a working understanding of the project portfolio
- Support all projects phases from requirements analysis and initial planning to delivery, invoicing and contract close out
- Create and maintain project files and project tracking records
- Maintain project documentation, records and reports
- Ability to identify project risk within project administrative duties
- Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
Skills
- High School Diploma
- 1-3 years in office administration or project administration setting
- Must be able to proficiently use common office software systems
