The Role
Supports the delivery of customer implementation projects by coordinating setup activities, tracking progress, and facilitating communication across internal teams and client stakeholders. Works directly with clients and project teams to assist with onboarding activities, manage access coordination, support data-related tasks, document processes, and help facilitate or coordinate training sessions for users. Tracks project tasks, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Identifies and documents project issues or risks and escalates them to project managers or technical teams for resolution. Captures client feedback and helps drive continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and service delivery.
Provides coordination support for both remote and on-site implementations as needed.
What You’ll Do
Support multiple concurrent customer implementation projects
Track and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones
Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track action items and owners
Communicate project status, updates, and next steps to customers and internal teams
Assist with onboarding activities including access setup and scheduling for clients
Support documentation of project processes, workflows, and deliverables
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed
Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to support issue resolution
Maintain accurate project records in internal systems
Support continuous improvement efforts through documentation and feedback
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, customer support, or administrative roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of project management concepts
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools
Nice To Have
Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
Experience working in a technology or software delivery environment
Familiarity with CRM or PSA tools (e.g., Salesforce, FinancialForce)
Basic understanding of software implementation or onboarding processes
