Project Coordinator
Eitri Foundry is a solar project development and EPC firm that is expanding in its core markets. The Project Coordinator will assist in managing, organizing, documenting, and communicating information on active and in-development projects, while maintaining clear channels of communication with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers, engineers, and supervisors in coordinating, documenting, and accurately reporting project activity by maintaining an on-site presence
- Maintain communication with vendors, logistics partners, subcontractors, finance partners, property owners, and other key stakeholders with timely & detailed written and verbal updates
- Verify site activities match with project schedule, document any deviations, and communicate progress or challenges with the appropriate people
- Daily & weekly check-ins & reporting with subcontractors and project management team
- Identify potential flaws or vulnerabilities in logistics and scheduling and develop solutions
- Interface with and support team members including engineers and other design professionals
- Ongoing monitoring of site activities to gauge site challenges, document feedback from subcontractors, and monitor overall site progress
- Represent the team as a professional while interfacing with local officials and representatives
- Manage relationships with all relevant stakeholders with particular attention to promoting mutual growth & partnership-oriented support, while also providing strong conflict resolution skills during any potential challenges
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively coordinate with individuals inside and outside of the organization
- Strong documentation management skills
- Problem-solving mentality
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency with typical office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, & other organization / task management programs)
- Self-starter, ability to manage multiple projects at different points in the development or construction process, across different locations
- Research and analytical skills
- Must have & maintain a valid driver's license & reliable vehicle and all applicable insurance to allow for transport to and from project sites
