PROJECT COORDINATOR
Centerline Conveyor Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator to support all administrative tasks of projects. The role involves managing schedules, budgets, invoicing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet project installation schedules.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with various departments and subcontractors in an effective and productive manner
- Manage project schedule and budget
- Enter and manage accounts receivable invoicing
- Review invoices and escalate any invoicing discrepancies
- Coordinate job site rentals and enter corresponding purchase orders in QuickBooks
- Enter timesheets of field employees into payroll system
- Analyze progress and determine issues in the schedule in a timely manner
- Manage change orders
- Assist with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete their tasks
- Monitor project progress and create project status reports for project managers and stakeholders
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored
