As part of the continued growth of our client’s organization, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join a fast-growing technology company operating in the AI and SaaS space. If you enjoy coordinating projects, working directly with customers, translating data into actionable insights, and being close to product innovation. Key responsibilities:
Support the successful rollout and adoption of AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers in partnership with internal stakeholders

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, meetings, and follow-up actions to ensure smooth implementation processes

Prepare and organize key client meetings, including kick-offs, regular check-ins, and business reviews

Monitor customer usage data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve adoption and engagement

Collaborate with clients to define and refine use cases aligned with their business objectives

Configure, maintain, and optimize customer workspaces to ensure a seamless and effective user experience

Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for customer users and stakeholders, providing product guidance and support

Manage issue tracking, bug reporting, and escalation coordination with relevant internal teams

Maintain documentation, best practices, and process consistency across customer implementations

Contribute to continuous process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in project coordination, customer success, product operations, technical support, or a similar client-facing role

Experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment

Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer-facing interactions

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and turn insights into practical recommendations

Proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong sense of ownership

Genuine interest in AI, SaaS products, and emerging technologies

Professional fluency in English

Nice to have:
Experience with enterprise implementation or onboarding projects

Familiarity with technical integrations such as SSO, SCIM, or xAPI

Experience supporting product adoption or customer enablement initiatives

Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms
