Project Coordinator III – Music & Content Operations

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business development teams to gather deal pipeline information and forecasting needs
Coordinate contract routing with cross‑functional partners to ensure timely execution
Support onboarding of new music partners—including publishers and labels—across multiple regions
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of deals throughout the full lifecycle
Manage the payment workflow for music partners, including PR‑to‑PO processes and invoice troubleshooting
Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions from business development and cross‑functional stakeholders
Review existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational rigor
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of experience in media, technology, or a related industry
Proven ability to manage multiple objectives in a fast‑paced, iterative environment
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a self‑starter mindset
Ability to build effective relationships across cross‑functional teams
Strong communication skills, including written documentation and presentation development
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the music, media, technology, consulting, or investment banking sectors
Familiarity with process mapping, operational workflows, or project management methodologies
