Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Belgrade

Shift: 2pm -10pm

Project Coordinator will help ensure that ATM Deployment projects are completed on time and on budget. The main responsibilities of a Project Coordinator include creating and maintaining a realistic timeline, ensuring the project is running smoothly, and tracking project progress in a variety of ways.  A Project Coordinator will be responsible for Project Management and Implementation Coordination tasks on multiple low complexity projects.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Single Point of Contact for low to medium size ATM Deployment projects (SPOC)

Manages all aspects of installations, de-installations, branding, and reprogramming plans for assigned projects

Simultaneously manages multiple deployment projects in a “client-facing” role

Pre-deployment support in terms of reviewing and understanding, and providing some input to the SOW

Interfaces with clients to detail specific project deliverables

Reports on project progress to stakeholders and management to ensure KPIs of deliverables are met

Schedules and facilitates meetings with stakeholders, project team, and others to communicate plans, actions, risks, progress, and issues

Assists with resolution of issues that may arise during the project, handles all project related escalations per established escalation and communication paths

Helps keep documentation maintained throughout the length of the project

Creates and updates project records in QuickBase™ application and uses Oracle™ where required

Maintains and builds relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors

Monitors the daily progress of projects

Analyzes project data and produces progress reports

Ensures deadlines are met

Responsible for scheduling, escalations, reporting, procurement, billing, tracking

Looks for ways to increase the project’s profitability and reduce expenses where possible

Communicates with shipping, logistics, vendors, manufacturing

Coordinates all aspects of revisits and reschedules

Completes the necessary Implementation Coordination tasks

Tracks and coordinates invoicing, including Change Requests and Out of Scope billing

Ensures that all budgetary objectives are met, managing to the project P&L and specifically meeting Cost and Margin expectations, adjusting as needed

Basic Qualifications:

Must have a university degree or College diploma or relevant industry experience

Must have 2+ years of project coordination/project management experience in ATM deployment or related industry/projects

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines

Ability to build and influence schedules to meet specific criteria and contract bound timelines

Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint) and familiarity with other tools such as QuickBase/EPM/ServiceNow

Strong ability to listen well and give clear and unambiguous instructions to all parties

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to work closely with team members and managers, and effectively manage problems as they occur

Excellent customer relationship/organization skills

Excellent track record of project success

Strong sense of urgency and integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry-standard certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).
