Full-time

This is a remote position.

Do you enjoy keeping projects moving, aligning people and systems, and turning complex coordination into seamless execution? Want a role where your organization and follow-through directly support programs that make a real impact? You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely, support a growing team, and help deliver initiatives that matter. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving, multi-project environment, this opportunity could be a perfect fit for you.

Our Story Starts with People Like You

The two founders, best friends, were running businesses that needed great talent fast. So, they started building remote teams across countries like the Philippines, Colombia, and India. Not only did it work, it thrived. They realized that talent isn’t limited by geography. With today’s technology and high-speed internet, we’re able to build high-performing global teams that support businesses across the U.S. So ClearDesk was born.

Today, ClearDesk helps U.S. businesses grow by building world-class remote teams. We don’t just connect talent; we manage the entire experience, from recruiting to retention. And while we help clients thrive, we also stay deeply committed to helping our remote team members build real, lasting careers that support their lives and their families.

That’s where you come in.

The Role: Project Management Specialist

Imagine being the central hub that keeps everything on track. You’re not just updating spreadsheets, you’re coordinating volunteers, aligning teams, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. When new inquiries come in, you match them to the right opportunities. When deadlines approach, you’re already following up and keeping everyone aligned. When systems need improvement, you step in and make them better.

You don’t just track tasks, you create structure and momentum. You keep communication clear, ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and help projects move forward on time. And when priorities shift, you adapt—refining processes and keeping the team focused and efficient.
