The Opportunity

As a Remote Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of transforming families' lives by helping them create beautiful, functional living spaces. You'll coordinate multiple ADU construction projects from start to finish, serving as the vital connection between clients realizing their dreams, skilled subcontractors, and our client's award-winning team. What You'll Do
  • Negotiate with clients and subcontractors on additional payments, change orders, and disputed issues to ensure fair outcomes​​

    Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders through Zoom, email, and chat platforms, managing 20+ concurrent conversations​​

    Manage project documentation, including contracts, estimates, scope of work statements, and legal case materials​​

    Translate construction information clearly between technical teams and non-technical clients​​

    Facilitate cross-cultural communication between English-speaking clients and Russian-speaking team members​

    Maintain professionalism and patience when managing challenging client situations throughout the project lifecycle​​

    What You Bring
    • 1+ years of project or operations ownership experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Operations Lead roles within B2C or B2B2C environments

      Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate the schedule of subcontractors, and construction managers

      Proficiency in English (C1) + fluency in Russian, Ukrainian, or other Slavic languages

      Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and the ability to process large amounts of information

      Self-organized with strong time management skills and high attention to detail

      Proficiency in using modern project management software and AI tools

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player

      Bonus: experience in residential construction project management
