Project Manager
QSI is a leader in the bank equipment industry and we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a project support coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for logistical planning and scheduling of installation and construction projects, coordinating installations with team members, and monitoring inventory levels.
Responsibilities
- Logistical planning and scheduling of installation and construction projects
- Coordinate installations/projects with other team members and departments as necessary
- Documentation of projects progress
- Prioritize tasks and demands of yourself to complete projects
- Monitor inventory levels, work with purchasing department to reorder equipment as appropriate
- Establish and manage strong working relationships with QSI team members
Skills
- Good customer service skills and a professional attitude
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and excellent organization skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, ability to set tasks for yourself and follow through on your own
- Able to encourage and motivate team members through a strong work ethic, positive communication, and leadership skills
- Adaptable to fast paced environment, ability to handle high pressure situations effectively
- Dependable and energetic
- Ability to relocate before starting work

- High school or equivalent
