Responsibilities

- Manage small projects, track progress, and coordinate activities with team members.

- Assist in scheduling tasks, preparing reports, and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

- Track activities against the project schedule.

- Support the definition of project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.

- Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing project risks.

- Take accountability for the definition, approach, facilitation, and successful delivery of medium-scale projects with diverse scope.

- Agree on the project approach with stakeholders and prepare and maintain realistic project plans.

- Manage project scope, schedule, quality, risk, and communication plans.

- Ensure project deliverables are completed within the agreed cost and timeline.

- Track resources and ensure deliverables are met according to plan.

- Perform regular status reviews and ensure deliverables meet required quality standards.

- Conduct lessons learned sessions.

- Manage issues impacting the delivery of projects.

Essential skills

- Experience managing or supporting project delivery in structured environments.

- Guidewire certification or relevant project experience with Guidewire.

- Strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

- Ability to track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables effectively.

- Experience in stakeholder communication and coordination.

- Strong risk identification and issue management capabilities.

- Ability to monitor project performance against scope, timeline, and quality objectives.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
