The Project Manager, Capital Projects will serve as a key point of contact for major customer projects, partnering closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution and an exceptional customer experience.

This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What You’ll Do

Manage large customer projects from initiation through completion

Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and leadership teams to ensure project success

Lead customer and internal project update calls

Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain timelines and deliverables

Support purchasing activities, inventory visibility, deliveries, and operational execution

Build strong customer relationships and proactively resolve issues

Communicate project updates, risks, and action items clearly and effectively

Help drive accountability and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

3+ years of operations and customer-facing project experience

Project Management experience preferred

Strong Microsoft Excel and communication skills

Experience working in distribution, industrial, manufacturing, or construction-related environments is a plus

Ability to travel up to 25%
