Descripción

As part of the operations area, this profile will perform
the functions of Internal Consultant, leading and developing procedures and
projects linked to the non-performing loans and real estate department
within the Hipoges Global Area.
 

Perfil

Functions:
Coordinate and lead regular follow-up meetings with senior
stakeholders. Assess, evaluate, and prioritize new business and operational
requests in alignment with strategic objectives. Communicate project prioritization decisions and changes to
Directors and key stakeholders.

Analyze new requests to assess feasibility, impact, and
dependencies. Define, review, and validate business requirements in collaboration
with relevant stakeholders, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Develop Business Cases to support decision-making
Coordinate and manage testing activities in pre-production &
production environments.

Manage & Report operational incidents and act as coordination
point with relevant teams. Coordinate internal & external communications with operational
teams or providers regarding incidents and resolutions. Perform post-production monitoring and follow-up of incidents to
ensure resolution and continuous improvement.

Requirements
(Requisitos):
Degree in Project Management, Business Administration and
Management.
4-6 years of professional in Asset Management (Non-Performing
Loans, Distressed Debt, REOs) or Banking. A multidisciplinary and versatile profile is required, with
analytical and problem-solving skills. Tools

Microsoft Office: Office, Excel and Power Point (Advanced)
Project Management Tool: JIRA Software is a plus
Data Visualization Tools: Tableau, PowerBI or similar
(Intermediate)
Languages
(Idiomas):
Spanish (Proficiency)
English (Advanced - C1)
Portuguese/Italian/Greek is a plus
