Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of client engagements from kickoff to completion. You will play a central role in coordinating teams, managing scope and timelines, and ensuring an excellent client experience.

As the primary point of contact during project execution, you will balance operational rigor with strong stakeholder management, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our delivery practices.

 

Purpose & Responsibilities

 

Project Management

Contribute to the definition and review of Statements of Work (SoW) to ensure clarity, feasibility, and delivery readiness

Support engagement planning and ensure smooth project kickoff after client signature

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and issues proactively

Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to clients and internal stakeholders

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation aligned with internal standards

Delivery & Resource Management

Plan and allocate resources effectively, matching consultants’ skills with project needs

Take into account team members’ development goals and competencies

Coordinate with local, regional, and global teams to secure the right expertise

Manage external vendors when required, ensuring compliance with internal processes

Apply governance frameworks, tools, and delivery best practices

Client Engagement

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project execution

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Manage client expectations, issues, and escalations

Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in client satisfaction

Lead post-project reviews to identify successes and improvement areas

Financial Management

Monitor project budgets, margins, and resource utilization

Track time spent vs. estimates and escalate deviations when needed

Provide transparent financial reporting to clients and internal teams

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to improving delivery processes, tools, and methodologies

Stay up to date with project management best practices and industry trends

Obtain and maintain relevant certifications (e.g., Atlassian certifications)

Do you have what it takes to be our future Project Manager?
You ideally have between 5 to 10y of experience in a Professional Services or delivery environment, within a software vendor or consulting firm, and have a proven track record in managing end-to-end projects, including fixed-price engagements.

You are comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while ensuring high standards of delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem is a strong nice to have 

You bring a strong foundation in project financial management, with the ability to monitor budgets, margins, and forecasts, and to take corrective actions when needed.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a strong plus:

IT Service Management (ITSM)

Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)

Integration (Infrastructure and/or Software)

Cloud Migration 

You are known for your structured and pragmatic approach, your ability to anticipate risks, and your proactive mindset in driving solutions and resolving issues.

You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and leadership, even in complex environments.

You are familiar with frameworks (Agile, Lean, Kanban...) and/or structured delivery methodologies, and you are comfortable adapting your approach depending on project context.
