Project Manager (Work From Home)

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate multiple initiatives in parallel across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies, requiring ongoing daily discussions with various internal stakeholders and partnering teams.

Provide project status updates to Directors and Senior teams via videoconference calls, as well as prepare presentation materials.

Build project plans outlining key tasks from start to end.

Prepare reports as required for analysis and presentation purposes.

Obtain data from various sources and use analytics to determine the overall state and progress of the project.

COMPETENCIES

Core Competencies 

4+ years of project management experience, with knowledge of Agile and Waterfall lifecycle methodologies

4+ years of experience in using project management tools such as Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence/SharePoint, and Miro/whiteboard

4+ years of experience in data handling and performing analysis to determine project status and progress

Extensive experience in managing multiple distinct initiatives/projects in parallel

Fluent English communication (written and spoken); French language is a plus

Complementary Competencies 

Technical knowledge is an advantage and will support better project understanding and delivery

Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a strong plus

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Qualification/s

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
