Projects Administrator
Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) is the UK’s leading mortgage network, known for its expertise in Mortgage and Protection advice. They are seeking a Projects Administrator to join their Technology & Change team, responsible for ensuring project governance, managing workflows, and facilitating communication across various projects.
Responsibilities
- Keeping our PMO ship sailing straight – updating logs, registers and governance docs
- Owning Asana like a pro – building workflows, dashboards, and automations that make everyone’s life easier
- Creating meeting packs with clear objectives, follow up on actions and keep everyone accountable for their parts to play in project delivery
- Coordinating updates and reporting insights that help us make smart decisions
- Basically, being the person everyone relies on when they need clarity and structure across a complex range of projects at different scales
Skills
- A detail-orientated, organised person who thrives on structure
- Someone who knows their way around project governance and reporting
- Familiar with project management tools
- Great stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A confident communicator who can keep stakeholders in the loop
- Bonus points if you've worked with Asana and can teach us a trick or two!
