Mercor is seeking experienced **Property, Real Estate, and Community Association Managers** to support a leading AI lab in advancing research and infrastructure for next-generation machine learning systems. This engagement focuses on diagnosing and solving real issues in your domain. It's an opportunity to contribute your expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently and remotely on your own schedule.

## **Key Responsibilities**

- You’ll be asked to create deliverables regarding common requests within your professional domain

- You’ll be asked to review peer developed deliverables to improve AI research

## **Ideal Qualifications**

- 4+ years professional experience in your respective field

- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills

## Project Timeline

- **Start Date:** Immediate

- **Duration:** ~2 weeks (with the potential for project expansion)

- **Commitment:** ~15 hours/week required

## Compensation & Contract

- **Payment**: All experts will receive a $100 onboarding payment for completing the onboarding quiz, regardless of pass or fail outcome. **Experts who pass the onboarding quiz will immediately enter a work trial period where they will receive a one-time $1,500 payment conditioned on successful approval of their first task**. After which, expert payment will shift to hourly pay.

- **Performance Bonus:** Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive on top of their per task rate!
