Job Description

CRD Careers is partnering with a growing government contractor to hire a Proposal Manager.
This role is fully remote and built for someone who can own proposals from start to finish — not just coordinate them.
What you’ll do:
Lead federal proposals from kickoff to submission
Manage multiple bids at once (including fast-turn task orders)
Write and edit proposal content (this is hands-on)
Run timelines, reviews, and compliance
Work with SMEs, BD, and leadership to shape winning responses

Qualifications

5+ years of federal proposal experience (must-have)
Experience managing and writing proposals
Background in GovCon
Ability to handle multiple proposals independently
Experience with IDIQ / task order environments
Strong writing skills (non-negotiable)

  $110K – $120K
