<p align="center"><span><span><span><span><span>Do you have a passion for developing quality assessments as well as experience in client engagements like job analysis, standard setting, or item workshops?  Looking for a fully remote position that provides great flexibility and culture?  Read on.</span></span></span></span></span></p><p align="center"></p><p><span><span><span><b><span><span>Summary of Position</span></span></b></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>Assessment Systems provides contracted services to organizations that seek to improve their assessment process and align with best practices, but do not have in-house psychometricians.  The situations vary widely: nonprofit certification boards, language assessments, K-12 companies, and governments (e.g., Ministry of Education outside the USA).  We are looking for a Psychometrician to work on clients such as these.  Key skills include quantitative analysis (CTT/IRT/equating), test design, job analysis, standard setting, and test development.  Additional skills in program management are also required.  </span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>You would do well in our company if you are an energetic self-starter with good decision-making, communications, and time management skills. </span></span></span></p><p></p><p><span><b><span>Job Duties</span></b></span></p><ul><li><span>Meeting with clients to understand needs and recommend solutions</span></li><li><span>Pilot planning</span></li><li><span>Test design & job analysis</span></li><li><span>Management of assessment development, such as item writing workshops</span></li><li><span>Classical Test Theory analysis</span></li><li><span>Item Response Theory analysis</span></li><li>Form assembly and publishing</li><li><span>Standard setting (usually modified-Angoff)</span></li></ul><p><br><span><span><b><span>Minimum Qualifications</span></b></span></span></p><ul><li><span><span><span>Graduate degree (preferably PhD) in psychometrics, industrial-organizational psychology, or relevant field</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>At least two years of experience in test development; you MUST have run job analysis, Angoff, or similar studies</span></span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span>Experience in quantitative analysis, such as classical test theory, and explaining it to SMEs</span></span></span></li><li><span><span><span><span>Must be tech-savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite, able to learn new software quickly</span></span></span></span></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span><span><span><b><span><span>Company Background </span></span></b></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>Assessment Systems (assess.com) is a leading provider of high-end web-based assessment platforms built upon sophisticated psychometrics, provided in concert with sound test development and consulting services.  Our clients are testing organizations across a range of industries, including Certification/Licensure, Education, and Workforce/Pre-Employment.  The company dates back to 1979, but has recently been reinvented around a new set of products, giving the best of both worlds: an established name in the industry but the excitement of a tech start-up.  We are now seeing explosive growth and are hence seeking top talent to add to our team. </span></span></span></p><p></p><p><span><span><b><span>Working Here</span></b></span></span></p><p><span><span><span>Assessment Systems offers competitive compensation and benefits.
