pspanspanResponsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. /span/span/p

lispanspanAnswer phones in a friendly manner using information script/span/span/li
lispanspanGreet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities./span/span/li
lispanspanRespond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner/span/span/li
lispanspanProcess beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system/span/span/li
lispanspanPromote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members/span/span/li
lispanspanProvide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment./span/span/li

liHigh school diploma/GED equivalent preferred/li
liMust be 18 years of age or older/li
liBasic computer proficiency/li
