• Claim tasks across key social services and public benefit areas that people commonly seek AI assistance with
• Design and write clear, realistic prompts reflecting real-world public benefits and social services scenarios
• Execute assigned tasks and provide evidence of completion
• Write detailed evaluation rubrics to assess AI performance on public benefits–related tasks
• Contribute expertise to improve AI understanding of nuanced, real-life public benefits workflows
• *Requirements
• Experience with social services or public benefits processes
• Strong writing and critical thinking skills
• Ability to design realistic, real-world task scenarios
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer
• Based in the United States
