Premier Business Support is seeking a Publication Clerk to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for completing tasks across client and internal systems, processing email-based requests, and performing accurate data entry while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Handled end-to-end task completion within both client-facing and internal systems
- Payoff request and processing
- Conducted accurate data entry, verified information, and updated records
- Email requests for various operational processes and performed high-volume
- May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals
- May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Excel for data entry, formatting, basic formulas, and data organization
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Ability to accurately enter, update, and maintain data with high attention to detail
