Python Developer Needed ( AI-Powered Commercial Property Analysis Tool )

I have a dataset of commercial property addresses stored in Excel. The goal is to develop an automated pipeline that enriches this data using geospatial and AI-based image analysis to support targeted insurance marketing.

Core Responsibilities

You will build a Python-based system that:

1. Data Ingestion

• Reads property addresses from an Excel file using pandas

2. Geospatial Data Collection

• Integrates with Google Maps / Street View APIs (or equivalent)

• Retrieves imagery and/or relevant location metadata for each address

3. AI-Based Property Analysis

• Uses computer vision / AI models to analyze building imagery

• Classifies and estimates:

• Exterior type (e.g., brick, stucco, metal, other)

• Roof type (flat, pitched, unclear)

• Building height (1, 2, 3, 4+ stories)

• Likelihood of office / commercial / clerical use

• Produces confidence scores for each prediction

4. Output Generation

• Writes enriched results back into Excel

• Ensures structured, clean, and usable output for downstream marketing use
