If so, we're looking for a QA Engineer to join our team on the journey to success!

What You’ll do:

Review and analyse system specifications, requirements and technical design documentation, providing timely feedback

Design and execute test plans and test cases

Improve testing efficiency by developing and using automation testing process and tools

Report bugs, errors and potential problems to the developers in your team

Do triage on bugs reported during acceptance testing

Report on testability and test progress during stand-ups

Help developers with troubleshooting issues

Test API’s for mobile and web projects

Test integrations with applications developed by other teams

Receive education from your colleagues in the applications we develop at tbi bank

Onboarding in testing practices and tools we use from other QA’s

 

 

What you’ll need to succeed:

3+ years of experience in QA roles

Solid understanding of SDLC and testing activities across all phases

Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management

Hands-on knowledge of Jira or similar tools

Experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman, SoapUI)

Experience with automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Selenium) would be beneficial

Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, k6) is advantageous

Good understanding of SQL and database concepts

Basic programming knowledge (e.g. Python)

Experience working in Agile teams would be beneficial 

Excellent communication skills in English

Proactive attitude combining ownership mindset  and strong team collaboration skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
