About the role:

We are looking for an amazing QA Engineer with a keen eye and a keen testing intuition to help us make our products even better. If you are capable of balancing a flexible, yet systematic approach to software scrutinisation, you might be the one we need.

What you’ll do:

Conducting comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

A lot of compatibility testing: Jira, Confluence, DC, and Cloud versions

Developing and maintaining test documentation

Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify and resolve defects and issues.

Performing test execution, recording, and reporting defects.

Participating in the design and implementation of automation testing solutions.

Contributing to the improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.

Supporting our continuous testing practices.

Providing production support of software products by investigating and recreating reported defects.

Who you are:

2+ years of solid experience with web based applications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Is a strong English communicator and clearly articulates ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing

Has a strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.

Is highly structured and organized yet flexible enough to thrive with changing requirements and schedules

Has experience in establishing or improving the testing process

Has solid experience in planning and executing manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing

Has expertise and understanding of Web application testing

Testing of business logic, usability, and UI

Understanding the difference between GET and POST requests

Basic XSS knowledge

The following will be considered as an advantage:

ISTQB certification

Experience with Jira administration

Experience with agile software development methodologies

Experience with performance testing

Experience with security testing

Technical skills:
  • Automation tools: Cypress/Playwright, Postman

    Experience with Java, Typescript and Jira development is a plus

    Linux, MacOS, AWS experience
