The Role

Until now, quality has been a shared responsibility across squads, but we’re ready to take it to the next level. We’re hiring our first QA Manager to build a world-class testing practice and embed quality at the heart of how we ship.

You’ll establish and lead our QA function from the ground up.

Your mission: Define our global testing strategies (general approach, standards, methodology, tools), build automation around Playwright, and hire and mentor a team of 5 QA Automation Engineers.

You’ll work closely with Technical leads, Developers, DevOps, and Product managers to ensure that every deployment meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.

You will:

Design and implement a scalable QA strategy that aligns with our CI/CD pipeline

Introduce and standardize test automation practices (Playwright, API testing, performance & regression)

Be hands-on to build solid foundations : the QA team you’ll hire will then take more and more ownership over time

Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing QA Automation team

Define key quality metrics, reporting, and dashboards for leadership visibility

Collaborate with developers to bring automated testing into the development lifecycle to a different level

Champion quality culture across the engineering organization

Work closely with CTO and VP of Engineering

    Why You’ll Love It Here

A company that is profitable, boostrapped & growing very fast

Supportive leadership that believes in investing in software quality

Modern stack and continuous delivery environment

Competitive compensation (60-70K€ base salary + 18K€ bonus)
