About the Client  

Our client is an American IT distribution company with a team of 22,000 people working in over 100 countries.

What You’ll Do

Define and help establish a federated QA CoE / enterprise testing practice

Assess current QA/testing capabilities and identify improvement opportunities

Develop QA operating models, governance structures, KPIs, and quality metrics

Define enterprise-wide automation and tooling strategy

Drive adoption of modern QA practices and automation-first mindset across teams

Support transition from fragmented manual testing approaches toward scalable and standardized testing practices

Collaborate with senior IT stakeholders and domain teams to align QA transformation initiatives

Provide leadership and guidance on testing best practices, processes, and standards

Help shape AI-enabled testing strategies and future-state QA capabilities

Support organizational change management related to QA transformation

Act as interim lead for the testing practice during the transformation period

What You Bring

6+  years of experience in QA management, test leadership, or QA transformation roles 

Senior QA/test management or QA transformation background

Experience building or maturing a QA Center of Excellence or federated testing model

Strong understanding of automation, performance testing, metrics, and governance

Change management experience, especially moving teams from manual-heavy testing toward automation

Strong consulting presence and communication skills

English level 

Intermediate+
