We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead/Manager to join an innovative healthcare project for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. In this role, you will define and execute testing strategies, manage testing documentation, support customer UAT, and adapt test approaches to client configurations. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality SaaS solutions. 

 

Key Responsibilities    

Define and execute customer-focused testing strategies across integration, configuration, and UAT  

Lead end-to-end QA efforts to ensure high-quality SaaS delivery and smooth go-live readiness  

Own and adapt out-of-the-box test scripts to support customer-specific configurations and UAT  

Provide clear testing guidance to customers and act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams  

Identify, track, and resolve defects and risks to prevent delays in deployment  

Drive test automation initiatives and establish best practices within the delivery team  

Prepare and finalize all testing documentation, ensuring SLA compliance and deployment readiness  

Support customer UAT activities, including participation, issue management, and collaboration with internal teams  

Build strong cross-functional partnerships and share customer feedback to improve products and processes  

Continuously improve delivery frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and business value 

 

Required Experience & Qualifications     

Proven experience in a Quality Assurance Lead/Manager role, ideally within SaaS or client-facing implementation environments  

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and cloud-based software delivery  

Hands-on experience in quality assurance, including test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail), automation frameworks, and API testing 

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively  

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams  

Solid domain knowledge of clinical research systems and data workflows (e.g., EDC, EMR, CTMS, ICF) - advantage

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, or start-up environments, driving execution and scalable solutions 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 

Excellent spoken and written English language skills
