They are seeking a Quantitative Trading Analyst to join their Trading Research & Analytics team, focusing on improving execution results and developing innovative trading strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with investors, traders, broker/dealers, and various internal stakeholders to improve overall execution results through innovation, actionable trading research and enhanced decision-making tools
  • Designing a Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) framework for Investment Implementation & Trading that supports our client reporting, best execution, and execution insights
  • Working with trading technology, external vendors, and the dealer community on producing a high-quality data environment surrounding the life cycle of a trade
  • Understanding equity and/or fixed income market structure trends and how to evolve our electronic trading strategy

  • Working knowledge of quantitative tools and technologies used for Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA), order execution and risk management
  • Experience in trading workflows and familiarity with financial markets; knowledge of electronic trading platforms and trading systems
  • A minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong academic credentials; a Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization software, preferably Tableau would be viewed favorably
  • A graduate degree and/or professional coursework/certifications (or progress toward) would be additive
