JOB SUMMARY: The RCM Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting with patient statement and internal billing questions. This position is also responsible for supporting the RCM CSR team with day-to-day challenges, and meeting productivity goals.

Essential Job Functions:

Answer high volume of patient calls

Answer day-to-day questions and provide support to patients and team members

Ensure patient understands the statement and assist with taking payment

Follow up timely on internal and external correspondence

Identify and provide feedback on areas of opportunities

Identify and escalate posting trends that affect our patient's receiving an erroneous statement

Maintain CSR goals set by management

Other duties as assigned by your manager

COMPETENCIES:

Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral

Experience in healthcare, at least one year

Attention to detail, and flexible work style

Must be team player

Excellent customer service skills. Both external and internal

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or equivalency is required

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:

This is a full-time remote position. 

Location: Remote in AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, MO, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA

The hours required are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm EST

Travel to other locations as necessary
