Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors 
Assist clients with purchasing, selling, and investing in residential real estate 
Manage transactions from contract to close (including remote clients) 
Maintain accurate and compliant transaction records 
Prospect and generate new business opportunities 
Qualifications
Active North Carolina Real Estate License (required) 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset 
Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions 
Interest in real estate investing is a plus
