Real Estate Litigation Attorney – Virginia (Hybrid or Remote)

We are seeking two Real Estate Litigation Attorneys to join a growing legal team supporting a high-volume residential real estate practice. These roles focus on pre-litigation and litigation matters involving residential real estate, title issues, mortgages, and foreclosure-related disputes.

One position is fully remote, and the second is hybrid (2–3 days/week in Richmond, VA).

What You’ll Do
• Handle a caseload of residential real estate litigation matters from pre-suit through resolution
• Manage disputes involving title issues, mortgage servicing, foreclosure, and related real estate claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documentation
• Conduct depositions and participate in hearings as needed

Requirements
• Active Virginia Bar license (required)
• 1+ year of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to title, real estate, mortgage, or foreclosure matters
• Experience handling discovery, depositions, and litigation workflow preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills
• Ability to independently manage assigned matters with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $90,000 – $130,000 + BONUS
• Annual bonus eligibility
• Stable, high-volume practice with consistent work
• Remote or hybrid flexibility (Richmond, VA office option available)

Location Options
• Remote (U.S.-based, VA bar required)
• Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in Richmond, VA office
