Your Role:

Engage with inbound leads and conduct meaningful consultations

Schedule and conduct property showings, and manage buyer and seller appointments

Draft and manage purchase agreements, listings, and offers

Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM and client pipeline

Participate in weekly training sessions and ongoing professional development

Ideal Candidate:

Holds an active California real estate license

Available full-time with a commitment to consistent follow-up

Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills

Possesses a team-oriented mindset and a desire for continuous improvement

Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous, but not mandatory
