Remote | US-Based Preferred

Commission-based role with strong growth potential and high deal volume

Are you someone who enjoys negotiating and closing deals?

We’re looking for a driven Closer to join our growing team, focused on wholesaling single-family homes.

What You’ll Do:
• Build rapport with sellers and guide them through the process clearly and professionally
• Negotiate purchase agreements for single-family homes
• Work closely with the Disposition team to move deals efficiently
• Track activity and manage follow-ups using our CRM

What We’re Looking For:
• At least 1 year of experience in real estate wholesaling
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken
• Good listening skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
• Organized, disciplined, and able to follow processes
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
