Position Overview

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager with healthcare VMS/MSP staffing experience to manage a full recruitment desk from candidate lead to placement start.

This is a full-cycle role — not sourcing-only. You will manage inbound leads, source candidates, submit through VMS systems, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and drive placements through onboarding.

This is a metrics-driven position with defined KPIs and strong growth potential within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for healthcare roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, allied professionals, school nurses, etc.)

Work active requisitions within VMS/MSP platforms

Screen, qualify, and submit candidates in accordance with client requirements

Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes

Negotiate pay packages and assignment details

Drive candidates through onboarding to start date

Maintain strong pipelines for recurring needs

Track activity and progress in ATS/CRM systems

Meet defined productivity, submission, and placement KPIs

Required Qualifications

3+ years of healthcare/education recruiting experience REQUIRED in VMS/MSP environments

Proven success placing candidates through VMS systems

Strong understanding of VMS workflows and timelines

Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume desk

Excellent closing and negotiation skills

Experience managing candidates from first contact to start

Highly organized, responsive, and results-driven

Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools and sourcing platforms
