Recruiter
Summary/Objective
The Recruiter’s purpose is to provide recruiting support and service commitment on a daily basis for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing clients.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, with 40-45 hours per week expected in order to achieve goals.
Essential Functions
Meet the specific needs of RPO client stakeholders by recruiting, evaluating, presenting, and placing appropriate candidates for direct hire positions.
Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in direct hire recruitment.
Schedule interviews between client’s stakeholders and candidates as appropriate.
Prepare customers and candidates for job interviews.
Follow up with candidates and internal customers after interviews.
Present job offers, negotiate, close the transactions, and confirm start dates and compensation.
Track and prepare reporting on recruiting activity as needed by our clients.

Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting

There are no direct supervisory responsibilities. The highest performers will be team players who are well-versed in mentoring.

Work Environment or Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Further, this job may require occasional presence at customer sites, both in administrative and manufacturing environments. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles. Environments may vary from non-temperature controlled environments to GMP clean room required.
